Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I am sure most of you know of the was that is going on in Yemen. I am a US citizen who would like to help his family get out of there ASAP. My parents have pending I-130 applications. I also have three siblings there. All they want is to cross the Saudi border so they can have access to an airport so they can go to Malaysia or anywhere. I am not trying to get them to the USA, all I need to know is whether it is possible to have the US embassy in Saudi Arabia - Jeddah to fax their names to the Saudi border so they can let them in just for 24 hours or less so they can fly somewhere. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help my family escape the war zone. Thanks.
