Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
accident. Police report: I was not at fault. No ciatations.
Other party: FTYR
Other party attempting to subograte. Am I liable?

I'm not sure what you mean about other party attempting subro. It could mean several different things. For example, they may be trying to say you're at fault, and trying to go after your insurance. Or, the other driver may have used health insurance, and his health carrier is trying to get paid back. I can't really say for sure without knowing all the facts.
