Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
I was in an accident which totaled my car. I didn't have my drivers license with me as I had left it at home. Now I've received a ticket for driving with an invalid driver's license. My question is: will my insurance still pay off my car?

It should unless there is an exclusion in your policy for driving w/ no DL. Look at your policy.
