Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

accidents on a property that you are renting from

a tree fell on my daughter ,while putting her daughter in my car. she only had a bump on her head because most of damage was to the car .i informed the landlord of the situation, he called his insurance and the agent say he came out but saw only the trees on the ground and he left,inever heard from him until i gave him a call.i had never been in that type of situation be fore so i didn't know what to do . he told me that he did'nt see anyone so he left.i explained to him that we were at the hospital and that my other kids were in the house.i didn't take pictures so i need to know what is that i can do?the accident occured on june21',2008.

You should contact a lawyer...and they may be responsible, may not..did they know the tree was close to falling?
