Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
My apt complex admits to leaving security gates open and a deer got in and smashed my front windshield. I think they are liable for leaving the gates open for lawn maintence this was at 10pm at night

Inadequate security under the Timberwalk case may not exist sint the only duty now is to protect the occupants fto similar violent crimes after actual notice to the owner that such crimes are occurring.
