Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
auto accident
My car was hit in a parking lot and the driver left the scene. The driver was found later and confessed to the hit and run. Now the person that hit my car is trying to sue my insurance stateing I did not have enough insurance.Does this driver have a case against me?

If you cause an accident, the injured person sues you..not your insurance company..so there must be some facts he claims different from your version..
