Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
auto accident on commercial property
While doing business at my bank, my auto was struck and the other driver left the scene. No note, or witness to the accident. I can claim this on my insurance as ''unisured motorist'' but does the bank hold any libabilty responsibilty in this case?
