Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
auto liability timeline
Is there a time frame in which an insurance company must pay a liability claim for a totaled car? Their insured was at fault. Does loss of use also apply to this extended time frame? (60 days plus)

Insurance companies have no obligation to pay for damages to someone injured by their insured until their is a judgment against their insured...AND the third party has no right to attorney fees. Therefore we have many lawsuits taken by personal injury attorneys....
