Back-dated Forced Insurance

Can Bank of America purchase in May 2007 back-date forced insurance to cover 2005-06 and 2006-May fo 2007? I'm losing my home over this.

Re: Back-dated Forced Insurance

Apparently you did not have insurance as required by your mortgage; however, insurance is to cover risk of loss. There is no longer any risk of loss for the years you mention. BoA has waived any insurance premium. This is an unconscionable act. If you want my assistance with this matter, contact me by email.
