Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Name beneficiary on life insurance
My son is divorced, has minor child, taking out life insurance. How should he name beneficiary so that the x-spouse who has joint custody does not get the life insurance as guardian of the minor child in the case something happens to my son.

You can create a life insurance trust and name anyone you desire to serve as trustee to invest and disburse the proceeds. I suggest that you contact an attorney to help you do this.
