Bodily Injury Settlement
You suffer bodily injury due to someone negligent and reach a settlement with that party. Your health insurance provider has paid for treatment until the time you settle. Do you have to pay the health insurance provider back? If so, at full rates or at the discounted rate your provider pays to vendors?

You should ask your lawyer..or the insurance company who paid the settlement...as it all depends on what the contracts were
