Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Cancelled coverage
Someone backed into my car. I called their insurance company and they took my info. They sent me to their adjuster. Called back to find out what I should do next. Insurance company told me their policy holder's policy was cancelled three days earlier they would not pay for my claim.

This happens all to often. If you have insurance, you can make the claim to your company an give them the information. If they can collect from the other driver you can recover your damages and your deductible. Good Luck
