Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Car Accident
I was in a car accident with a government employee from another state and it was been over a month and so far the people I've talked to seems to put me on the back burner aand not call back with the info I need to get my car fix, by the way he hit me from behind.

If you have insurance, call your own insurance. You have no legal claim against the other party until you get a judgment..but you do have a claim against your own insurance...

You need to make sure you file a claim with the appropriate governmental agency and follow their procedures. Many governmental entities dictate that if you don't file a claim using their claim forms within a very, very short time frame, your claim against them will be barred. Where did the accident occur (in Texas?) Which agency's vehicle hit you?
