car accident
i was hit in a car accident and sustained hevy damage to my car and have hospital bills to pay. the insurance company says its my fault,however the police report backing the other victim is false. what should i do.

Unfortunately, the insurance companies place great weight on the police reports, which means that your claim will likely be denied. if you have independent witnesses that can back your version of events, then you can have the insurance co reconsider. if not, then your other option is to file a lawsuit and hope that the discovery process will uncover the truth. good luck
