car accident and no insurance
an uninsured motorist hit me didnt give me anyt of her information and when the police report came today called geico they say she had cancelled her insurance... how do i file a law suit because my new06 car is damaged and she had created a 4 car collision

hopefully you had uninsured motorist coverage..if not..you could file a suit in small claims for up to %10,000 damage..but if the person had no insurance, how will you collect??good luck..
