Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Car accident
My 16 yr. old son was given the keys of a loaner car by an adult and asked to run some errands.
There was a signed agreement with the car company and the adult stating no other driver could drive the car. There was a non-injury accident. My son was uninsured. Now the insurance company other the party he hit and the car dealership are coming to me for payment. Am I totally liable for the for any or all of the damages? Also, how should I proceed?

Re: Car accident
The adult who loaned the car is responsible..he should have insurance OR the car rental company...but you may want to consult a local lawyer
