Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
have a car that was hit and the insurance company did not pay but a portion so the vehicle did not get paid off or fix. the insurance company said that they ABANDONED the car and left it there at the body shop. we ended up having to pay to get it out and make it drivable. do we have rights to the title to the car since they abandoned the car?

yes and you have the right to the mechanics lien..
