Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
A daughter gets into an accident driving her farther's car. She is not listed on his insurance policy because she no longer lives with him any more. She has her own physical address. Question is will she be coverage for the accident. And if she had an additional rider would that rider also be or not be covered?

It depends on the policy. If the policy excluded the driver, then she's not covered by that policy. If she has her own policy, that may afford coverage. The passenger is in the same boat. If the driver is excluded, and she doesn't have her own policy, then the passenger is out of luck.
