Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
My daughter got a car and within two weeks, she got hit. It was not her fault and the guilty party insurance company decided to pay for the damage of $3500.00. before it got repaired, she got into another wreck also not her fault. That insurance company totaled the car. Who pays us what for the damages. We have clear title to the car. Do both insurance company's pay?

I am a personal injury accident lawyer in North Austin.
YES! Both insurance companies are responsible for the the damages to the vehicle, it is a little more complicated than saying each have to pay 100%.
Was your daughter injured, hurt, sore?
I am happy to offer a free consultation so that we can discuss these issues further. Call me at your convenience 512-827-7548.
The problem you are going to run into:
The first insurance company will blame everything on the second accident, the second insurance company will blame everything on the first accident.
