Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
My daughter was recently hit head on by a man throwing news papers, it was his fault we tried to file on his insurance they paid for the car and the passenger a small amount, although my daughter had wrist and hand injuries at this time we were told that he was throwing papers commercially and that his insurance was VOID. I have filed everything on her medical insurance BUT I have been out all the deductibles. I have hired an attny who thinks we can get the medical part taken care of. Although I don't think it's fair this guys (who has a horrible wrap sheet and driving record) just walk free. We run into him frequently and it's like nothing happened. I have been taking care of my child and bathing her and everything doctor bill, taking off work and I want to take him to court so that he at least knows he can't get away with the horrible wreck. And all the others he has caused.
