Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
disability settlement
I have been offered a sum of money from third party disability that doesnt even come close to what they would have to pay me if i didnt settle. It is a large sum of money but it saves them a whole lot more! I need help in figuring out if i should take the settlement or not and if not how much should i get?
