How to I draft a letter for a settlement request from auto insurance adjusters

Assuming it is a personal injury case include in your letter the following: State facts of case, cases that hold facts of defendant's conduct were a failure to use ordinary care and a proximate cause of your damage. List your damages, medical bills, lost wages and property damage, in the past and probably into the future. Figure the value of pain, suffering and mental anguish and physical impairment. Total your damages and tell him the date you need to be paid or you are going to file suit.
