Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Fallen Fence
A neighbor's fence fell in our property and damaged my car sitting in the driveway. That day it was stormy and raining. What are my rights? Is he or she responsible for the damages or am I. He said he was not going to pay because he had no controll over the fence falling. What can I do to get my 2000 Grand-am fixed?
