Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Fast and legal
I am having surgery Nov. 1 I am raising two of my grandchildren. I think I need a power of attorney in case of my death. I do not have any real estate just a small life insurance poloicy to distrubute between my grandchildren and children. I was going to fill out POA from legalzoom but I noticed it was California. I also was getting a will from them any suggestions. cheapest and fastest way to go?
