Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
No fault auto accident
I was rear ended in a no fault accident. The other guy's insurance said we were upside down on the loan so that leaves us owing 6000.00 on a car that was totaled.

Re: No fault auto accident
If you have GAP insurance, then that will kick in and cover the difference. You should check with your own insurance as well, as you may have additional coverages that will kick in. Also, where did the accident occur? and who said a rear ender was 'no fault'?
