Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

If at fault for auto accident who is sued the owner of the auto or the driver.

So, who is sued if at fault in an auto wreck. The owner ot the auto or the driver, or both? Who is sued first? What happens i i loan my car or i borrow someone elses car? Thank you

Driver is responsible, insurance covers any peermissible driver...owner is only responsible if negligent in granting permission, vehicle negligently maintained,,,etc..no simple answers, hence you heed lawyers
