Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
I had a fire in my apartment 1 year ago the fire report said it was an accidental fire (I have a copy of the fire report). Now 2 insurance companies want to charge me because they are saying that the fire started becasue of my negletiance. When it clearly indicates on the report that the fire started in the third floor. I lived in the 2nd floor. What can I do about this?

No fire is " accidental" in the sense it was not caused by something..and if not caused by an act of God, or animal..then a human..but if sued, get a lawyer..
