Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Hospital Process Failed to Update Personal Informaiton
My wife and I had a baby about 10 months ago. The hospital that we went to, had old information from previous visit, which included address and insurance information.
We have just receive several notifications from collections agencies regarding failed payment and now insurance companies will not process the claims because it's been so long.
What can I do to get this mess taken care of?
