Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
hurt while going to a job
I was driving to a job and got into a wreck. i have insurance i purchased through my company. i am a contractor who leaves from my house and goes to install directv in peoples homes . my h.r. is saying that i do not have the right to use the insurance because i was not at work.i wanted to know if im heading to a job for this company how is that not being on the job?

If the company has work comp insurance, you are covered. If it is auto insurance, you may have coverage..ie personal injury protection minimum $2500....were you at fault or other person..and if company had any insurance..you should be covered...but we need more info and would be glad to review
