Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
My husband slipped on ice and broke his leg at a gas station here. Can we ask the owner to turn it into his insurance for medical bills and lost wages?

The general rule in Texas is that a property owner is not liable for injuries caused by the natural accumulation of snow and ice. However, you may want to call and go over some more details with an attorney. There may be another way to attack this.
