Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Insurance
I added my daughter to my auto insurance with full coverage, she made a request for address change and the insurance company excluded her from the policy, I never signed or requested her to be excluded, can they do that?
My policy as of today 03/02/07 states she is included.
She had an accident on 02/19/07, I filed a claim was given a claim number but the adjuster does not return my ph calls, Can they exclude her because of an address change?

Re: Insurance
Sounds like they made a mistake. The exclusion would require your signature. Insurance companies some times have a hard time admitting their mistakes. If you want my help in getting them to admit their error contact me by email.
