Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

Insurance claim

Had a water leak, had it fixed. 2 mos. later notice cracks in my walls. Engineer came out, reported the foundation cracked due to potable water leak, etc. Ins. will not pay -says don't cover earth movement but problem caused by water which policy states does cover. Been back and forth for about 4 years on this. Should i hire lawyer and fight that way? Thank you.

You should have hired a lawyer..it may not be too late but may be as (like most people) the insurer may have led you to let statute of limitations run...Call us or any member of Texas Trial Lawyers..

Better see a lawyer quick. You've already allowed the 2 year statute of limitations to go by for a valuable part of your claim. After 4 years you will have nothing left. Good Luck.
