Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Insurance company refusing to pay
My car was hit while parked in a lot. The person who hit my car also hit 4 other cars. The police report clearly explains the accident and even states that the cause of the accident was due to her attempt to pass unsafely to the right. The insurance company claims that thier client denies all fault and are refusing to pay for damages. I only have liablility insurance. Can you give me any advice about what I can do?

you would have to file a lawsuit against the driver. her insurance co. owes you no duty to be fair with you. Sorry. Good Luck.
