Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
A insurance company is trying to sue me because they went ahead and paid for their customer's car without talking with me and immediately assuming I had no insurance becasue the company was not able to locate it.

Call your insurance Company immediately. If you do not, you may not have any insurancebecause you have not reported it to your insurance company.
