Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
insurance
my insurance company is taking money out of my checking account(1000.00)(tomorrow 2300.00) that is not due to them and they will not reimburse my the monies they owe me. i am got up in there system and they wont resolve the policy issues that they have miss interpreded. can someone please help me.
