insurance should fix my car
#1car, in front of me#2. Speed limit 50. two lane hy. with left turn. #1 car: turned improperly, wrong lane. i hit #1 on the left bumper. her car damages were BL1. mine was FL3.should her insurance fix my car? it is not driveable. my insurance will fix her's.

Striking another automobile from the rear precludes your recovery unless you can prove negligence by the in-front driver as a proximate cause of the wreck. Hard, but not impossible, to do.
Why not have your company pay for your car, absorb the deductible for now [they will attempt to get it back for you] and let them handle the entire problem.
