Insurance question
If a passenger is injured in a car accident, can that passenger sue the driver of the car they were injured in as well as the other vehicles' driver?

You can sue and collect from your own driver (as well as the other driver), but ONLY if your driver was negligent in contributing to the accident. Claims against each driver must be based upon negligence.
