what can i do if the insureance company only offer me 1300 dollars for my lost
damages i had 1995 ford f 150 they said that the value of my truck

the only solution that I know is to determine the difference in value between what they want to pay you and the actual cash value of the vehicle to be determined from values off CarMax, from the newspaper, from Autotrader. You can file a claim in small claims court. The clerks will probably help you.
