Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
I was involved in a accident which was not my fault, an 18 wheeler ran me off the road my 350z sustained undercarriage damage which was estimated at 6,600 dollars at the dealership. The 18 wheelers insurance adjuster said the damages are not that serious and estimated the damages at 2,100. I cannot believe it is soo low compared to the dealership I wouldn't be able to take my car anywhere to get it fixed at that price. At the time of the accident I didn't feel any pain but four days after the accident my shoulder and knee are hurting I've been trying to avoid going to the hospital. Is it too late to go to the hospital and have the 18 wheelers insurance take care of the bill, any suggestions ?

Yes, don't do this case by yourself. Contact a personal injury attorney in your area. Interview 2 or 3 (you can get a consult for free.) See which one you like best and work with them.
Yes if you need medical care, get it but you must use your own health insurance to pay and when well, the truck's insurer should..but it sound like you need a lawyer now..good luck ..or call us
