In a lawsuit won - do our atty have to pay by law the medical bills before distribution?

All Liens And assignments you signed with med providers, And all letters of protection given to doctors and other medical providers to get you med care and keep providers from reporting you to credit bureaus. Attorney must protect in above instances or he might have to pay himself.
