Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Left my phone at a 7 eleven. Manager called my mom letting her know he had phone. Manager did not secure phone. An employee stole it and accessed my Facebook posting bullet pictures. I deleted them and changed . They have copy of birth certificates, ss cards, photos. Also had sccess to ebay account info, pay pal info, Google account. I lost everything that was on aim card and so card. Had manager secured phone employee wouldn't have stolen it. Their Corporate Office Contacted Me Also Their Claims Department. They want to give me amount I paid for phone. Am I entitled to other compensation for everything else I've mentioned?

Probably can recover. Lot of work, though. Must get verification from each source. Some sources will not make you pay, and some will replace money lost. Requires letters to each. Lawsuit against 7-11. Best wishes.
