Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Liability
Someone hits my car with a car belonging to a customer at their shop they're working on, who is liable ? The shop or the person owning the car? The person driving has no liscence or insurance! The shop owner has no liability for the shop, so he says!

It's possible that no one has insurance. Possibly only a lawsuit could determine that answer.
