life Insurance
My sister is the beneficiary of her daughter's life insurance and her daughter's husband is claiming 1/2 of it due to the ins. was deducted out of her payroll being community property. Can he do this

life insurance passes to a beneficiary exclusively by contract. absent a fraud on the community (rare and difficult to prove), he is entitled to a reimbursement of 1/2 of the premiums paid. Send him the check.
