Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
I live with a roomate who knew the furnace was leaking gas for 2 months I ended up with Co poisoning and possible early dementia . Do I have any claim?

If had had actual knowledge and did not tell you and did nothing, you may have a case against him. What are damages-medical, wages, impairment and pain, suffering and mental anguish. You c/n recover for possible dementia, only probable.
