Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
If I loan my automobile to a friend and he has an accident, am I or my insurance company liable for damages if my friend has his own insurance (for his own vehicle which is in the shop being repaired)?

your insurance....and if your insurer wants to claim against the friende..it may but not against you
