Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Medical Insurance Claim lost receipt
We have lost the original cash deposit receipts but we original detailed bill and duplicate receipts from the hospital. We even have original bills for cash deposits but not individual receipts for cash deposited.
Insurance company is refusing to pay us the reimbursement. What can we do?

It all depend upon the terms and conditions of the policy which is important and detrimental factor. Can you send soft copy of the policy at [email protected]?

Hire a lawyer...he could write for payment plus attorney fees and court costs...take your policy and all records ..we would be happy to accept the case if supported by the policy and bills..
