Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Using medical insurance after termination
If one is terminated but the employer fails to contact the group medical insurance carrier and I am still using the card and it still shows active, is that illegal on my part or is the employer at fault for failure to cancel me from their group policy

It may be illegal on your part...but under Cobra you have the right to keep medical insurance but have to pay a higher premium...
