Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
my mom wont give me the car title to my car and i payed for it ,and she wont let me do anything if i do anything shell call the cops on me is there anything i can do to get my title?

Yes. If you had an agreement with your mother that you would pay for the car, and after it was paid for that you would get the title, then you have a contract. It does not matter whether the agreement was in writing or oral. But, you would have had to have had that agreement.
I am concerned that you say that "she'll call the cops on me." Why? It signals to me that there are other potentially relevant issues that you need to discuss with a lawyer before filing a lawsuit for breach of contract.
I hope that you will be able to work out your issue with your mother for both legal and emotional reasons. Good luck.
