Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
MVA Insurance Coverage
We just bought a mini-van last night and this morning my husband rear-ended someone on the freeway. The insurance is saying we are not covered??? And I just signed the loan docs this morning. Are we covered?

Hard to understand why dealer did not confirm coverage...but it depends on your agent..and policy..if this was replacement vehicle or just one more...perhaps dealer's insurance covers it...see a good insurance lawyer...or call us..
