Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
I am the owner of a life insurance policy for my first wife whom I divorced 20 years ago. I want to cash in the policy. Since she is co-owner of the policy, what are my options for getting the cash for the policy.

Write to the insurance company and ask for it and they will probably agree to do so, but you will probably need your former wife's signed agreement to do sol
